The Beach Boys with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra CD
Other rock and rock ’n’ roll groups have seen their voices merge with the splendorous sound of the symphony orchestra. But could there be anything more auspicious than such an album featuring the sublime, sun-splashed, exquisitely layered harmonies of the Beach Boys? Brand-new symphonic arrangements performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (and recorded at Abbey Road) back the brilliant original vocals of the Beach Boys on "Wouldn’t It Be Nice," "Good Vibrations," "Heroes and Villains," "God Only Knows," "In My Room," "California Girls" and more!
